Borderers,

it is with great sadness we notify you of the death of PRIVATE JAMES STRATHEARN SOMERVILLE PEACE on 13 Dec 2023.

James served with the 1st BN in Korea 1951-52 and is one of our last Korean War veterans.

His funeral will be held at Stirling Crematorium, Falkirk Road, Bannockburn FK7 8AJ on Friday 29 December at 1300hrs.
