It is with the greatest regret that I have to notify you that John Michael McDiarmid died at home in Aberfeldy on 10 February 2026 aged 90. John served with 1 KOSB as a National Service Officer in Malaya. On completion of his National Service John returned to Aberfeldy to run the family farm at Mains of Murthly.
Funeral Service will take place at Weem Parish Church Aberfeldy on Tuesday 03 March 2026 at 1100 am. Thereafter for committal at Aberfeldy Cemetery. Family flowers only. Donations if desired to RSABI. All welcome.
